For critical industries, we offer enhanced SLAs with higher availability and 1–2 hour response windows. All SLAs are backed by financial penalties if thresholds aren’t met.

Yes, all DIA services come with at least one static IPv4 address by default. Additional IPs or even routed subnets (/29, /28, /27, etc.) are available depending on your network requirements. Static IPs allow for hosting internal servers, running VPNs, managing SIP trunks, or enabling advanced firewall rules. IPv6 is also supported on request to support modern dual-stack deployments.

Typical lead times range from 10 to 90 business days depending on whether your site is already on-net or requires new infrastructure. For buildings we’ve previously serviced, turnaround may be as fast as 5–10 days. If a new fiber build is required, we’ll provide a clear timeline and keep you updated through each project milestone.
